SHIPPING
Currently: Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill your order as quick and efficient as possible. (Process times will vary)

Please note that process times are separate from shipping times. Once order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation, Followed by shipping information. We will not be able to make changes to orders once they have been shipped.

Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. Better U Naturals is not responsible for non-delivered and or returned packages due to incorrect address information. If your package is returned to us due to this error, there will be a re-ship fee. If the package is not returned to us then it is out of our hands and we are unable to reissue or refund.
REPLACEMENT ITEMS
If any item arrives damaged, please let us know within 4 days and we will accommodate a replacement item to you. Please provide photos of the damaged item and or package as it helps improve any future shipping issues.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products and safety for our customers, Better U naturals does not accept product returns of any kind. If there is any issue with your order feel free to contact us, we will happily work with you to find a solution.

Better U Naturals is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered; or for delayed packages once order has been shipped. Upon placing your order, We will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information.

Our products are derived from natural herbal ingredients. There may be small herb particles left in our hair oil bottles due to the straining process. Always shake well before use.
